Ruta is an Accredited-practicing dietitian, who graduated from the University of South Australia with a postgraduate degree and is currently working towards credentialing as a diabetes educator. She is a qualified dietitian with experience in thoroughly conducting nutritional assessments, providing evidence based advice and practical solutions. Ruta is well aware of the constant grief faced in the community for the shortage of diabetes educators and hence is motivated to offer this favourable combination of an educator and dietitian to support self-management of diabetes.
She strongly believes in using a patient centred approach to help individuals achieve nutritional goals and a healthy lifestyle. Ruta has also completed the online training for health professionals for the use of a Low FODMAP diet for IBS management from the MONASH University.
Coming from an Indian background, she is well versed in many Indian languages.

Fees: $130 new appointment (45 – 1 hour), $70 review – (30 minutes)
